Deepseek was introduced to the public in 2025, as the next big thing. They said they built it with less than half the resources used for CHATGPT.


Deepseek first asked to use the questions to better train their ai, which didn't sit well with me, not just deepseek but any ai, I'm always cautious. There was much buzz about deepseek because it came at the time when China were facing a sanctions on chips made by the US who are the major producers. The hype around deepseek suddenly went down, but deepseek was still trying to make a name. Well I don't know if you have used it, but people who have said it has a promising future if they can build it to compete with other players in the same field. Will you try it, or you won't?
